ข้อสอบ KU-EXITE มีทั้งหมด 3 ส่วนได้แก่ การฟัง การใช้ภาษาและความสามารถทางการเขียน และความเข้าใจในการอ่าน ซึ่งมีรายละเอียด ดังนี้
Part I: Listening (Items 1 – 40)

Part II: Language Usage and Writing Ability (Items 41 – 70)
